Joachim 是(✒)一(yī )(🐽)个(gè )生(📼)活在巴黎、事业(🃏)成功的电(🕸)视编剧。四十岁生日的临晨(🥈)，他决(jué )定放弃一切(🐮)——孩子、(📿)友人(👋)、(⏬)敌(dí )人、(❣)爱情(qíng )与(yǔ )遗憾——去美国从(🔸)零开始(shǐ )。之(zhī )后(🎡)，他带领(lǐng )“新滑稽艳舞团”（New Burlesque ）回到(🥀)故(gù )乡进行(🐖)巡演。艳舞团团员因Joachim 而(🖲)对法国巴黎充满向往。幽默的(🙂)表演和(hé )脱衣舞娘(niáng )丰满的身材令男女老少沉迷不(bú )已。尽管(👃)下(xià )榻的旅馆平庸(😍)不堪，使(🏯)用(yòng )的电梯音乐（musique d’ascenseur ）乏善可陈，又缺乏(fá )资金，女演员依(💅)然营造出(📟)了新(💯)奇、热情而(ér )欢(huān )乐的气(🤔)氛(fēn )。但(dàn )是，他(tā )(📛)们决定在(zài )巴黎演(yǎn )出压轴戏(xì )，将巡(xún )演推(🚲)向高潮的梦想破(🐖)裂(🆙)了：Joachim 的老“朋友(🕕)”背叛了(le )他，取(qǔ )消了其预(⏺)定的(🧘)演戏场所(📬)。巴黎之行似乎注定(⛴)来去匆匆，过去种(zhǒng )种(zhǒng )伤感的回(🔍)忆突(tū )然被(bèi )揭(🐌)开…… Joachim, a former Parisian television producer had left everything behind - his children, friends, enemies, lovers and regrets to start a new life in America. But he returns with a team of New Burlesque strip-tease performers whom he has filled with romantic dreams of a tour of France, of Paris! (🚔) (🏜)Traveling from town to town, despite the cheap hotel rooms and lack of money, the curvaceous showgirls invent an extravagant fantasy world of warmth and hedonism that wins an enthusiastic response from men and women alike. (🏳) But their dream of a tour culminating in a last grand show in Paris goes up in smoke when Joachim is betrayed by an old friend and loses the theatre where they were due to perform. An obligatory return journey to the capital violently reopens the old wounds of his past...
